Selective Laser Melting (SLM) Projects
Selective Laser Melting (SLM) Projects
SLM 3D printing delivers high-performance projects across aerospace, medical, and automotive industries—combining strength, precision, and design freedom. It reduces waste, speeds production, and enables innovative solutions beyond traditional manufacturing.
Selected Projects
3D Printed Dental Ultrasonic Tip
Business Case:
A removable tip used for the ultrasonic scaler at Dental clinics. Exposed to vibrations that can reach up to 20,000 Hz. Impossible to produce using traditional methods.
Service provided –Design:
Studied the design and reverse engineered the part, and produced a 3D printable design, using additive manufacturing SLM technology.
Material Used: Stainless Steel 316 L

3D Printed “Universal Tip”
Business Case:
Amending the Ultrasonic tip to become “Universal Tip” – a new product, that would have multi-use function instead of old disposable tips.
Service provided –Design:
Reverse engineered the part, made some modifications to allow only the change of the head of the tip only instead of disposing the whole tip, and produced a 3D printable design, printed and fitted.
Material Used: Stainless Steel 316 L
Customized Giveaways
LNG was celebrating the exporting of 1000 liquified gas tankers to Europe.
Service provided –Design:
EBBAMS Design team designed to scale an LNG tanker and used additive manufacturing to produce a limited number of giveaways to be handed to VIPs during the event.
Material Used: Stainless Steel 316 L

Steel Mould
Business Case:
The manufacturer requested part of a Mould.
Service provided –Design:
EBBAMS team studied the required and used SLM technology to produce it as means to save time without compromising quality.
Material Used: Tool steel M300
